What is the hotline?
The hotline is how we drop secret locations, early access links, event updates, and other broadcasts from the underground.
How do I join?
Text the code word exactly as shown on the flyer, socials, or website.
Can I use a code more than once?
Nah. Codes only work once. If you've already unlocked a message with that code, it won't send again.
Why didn't I get a reply?
Give it a few seconds, our line can take a while.
Still nothing? A few reasons:
- You've already used that code
- The code has expired
- The code was entered incorrectly
How do I stop receiving messages?
Text BAIL at any time if you want out.
I texted BAIL but didn't get a confirmation.
That's normal. BAIL won't send a reply.
Can I join again after texting BAIL?
Yep. Just text a future code word when it appears and you'll be back in the loop.
